Agreement

AdenSaga is an independent fan-made gaming project and is not an official NCSOFT server. The project provides access to a game server, website, account area and related services.

Users choose to use the project at their own discretion and must follow the current server Rules.

• Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
• Sharing account access with third parties is at the account owner’s risk.
• The administration never asks for an account password and is not responsible for access lost because of user actions, malware or credential sharing.

Actions that violate the project Rules, disrupt the server or other users, use prohibited third-party software, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass protection or attempt unauthorized access are prohibited.

Game currency, items, Premium Account, Coin of Luck and other virtual elements exist only within the project and are not bank funds, electronic money or independent financial assets.

Their characteristics, value and in-game properties may change through updates, fixes and balancing.

Additional services and virtual items may be provided through official AdenSaga services. Paid features do not exempt users from the Rules or from sanctions.

Payment, delivery and refund conditions are governed by the relevant service, payment provider and applicable law.

The administration may temporarily restrict or terminate access for Rules violations, attempts to harm the project, security threats or other cases expressly covered by project terms. Measures take account of the nature and circumstances of the violation.

We aim for stable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled or emergency restarts, updates, maintenance and temporary service outages may occur.

Users are responsible for the security of their device, connection and credentials. The administration is not responsible for consequences of third-party actions, unauthorized account sharing or software and files obtained from unofficial sources.

Nothing in this Agreement limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

Lineage II, related names, trademarks and original game materials belong to their respective rights holders. AdenSaga does not claim ownership of NCSOFT materials.

Original AdenSaga website elements, texts, design and materials are protected to the extent rights belong to their authors and owners.

This Agreement may be updated as the project, services or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
