Getting started
How do I start playing on AdenSaga?
Register an account and choose your preferred installation method. You can download the complete AdenSaga client or use AdenSaga Launcher. Extract the ready-to-use client into a separate folder and launch the game through the launcher. If you do not have the client yet, place AdenSaga Launcher in an empty folder and run it — the launcher will automatically download and extract the full game client.
How do I use AdenSaga Launcher?
AdenSaga Launcher should be located in the root folder of the game client. Run the launcher, wait for the client check to complete and press PLAY to start the game.
Can I install the game using only the launcher?
Yes. Download AdenSaga Launcher, place it in an empty folder and run it. The launcher will automatically download the full AdenSaga client archive, extract it and prepare the game for launch.
What is the .adensaga_installed file and can I delete it?
The .adensaga_installed file is located in the root folder of the ready-to-use client and is used by AdenSaga Launcher to recognize the installed game. Do not delete or move this file after extracting the client if you want to use the client through AdenSaga Launcher.
The launcher starts downloading the client again. What should I do?
Make sure AdenSaga Launcher is located in the root folder of the installed client, the .adensaga_installed file is present there, and L2.exe exists inside the system folder. Do not run the launcher from another or empty folder if the client is already installed.
My antivirus reacts to the client files. What should I do?
Make sure the client and AdenSaga Launcher were downloaded from the official AdenSaga website. If protection files are falsely detected, add the client folder to your antivirus exclusions.
The game or launcher does not start. Where can I get help?
Contact AdenSaga support and attach a screenshot or the full text of the error message if possible. This will help us identify the cause faster.

Gameplay
Is there a limit on game windows?
There is no general limit except for Olympiad and selected events. Built-in Auto Farm is allowed on up to 5 windows at once.
Are third-party programs and bots allowed?
Third-party automation software and bots are prohibited. Use only built-in client features.

Community Board / Alt+B
Main game services are available through Community Board.
How do I open Community Board?
Press Alt+B.
Where can I get buffs?
Buffs are available through Alt+B. Standard duration is 40 minutes; Premium Account buffs last 60 minutes.
How do I get a subclass?
Subclass management is available through Alt+B for Adena.
How do I get Noblesse?
Noblesse status is available through Alt+B.
Where can I see Epic Boss respawn and drop information?
Epic Boss information, drops and respawn times are available through Alt+B.
How do I join a clan?
Contact players directly or use the clan application system through Alt+B.

Clans and Premium
How do I get the clan transfer bonus?
The bonus is intended for real active players moving to AdenSaga as a group. Full conditions are listed on the About Server page.
What does Premium Account provide?
Premium Account unlocks additional Alt+B features and increases buff duration to 60 minutes.

Where are news and announcements published?
In the official AdenSaga Telegram channel.
How do I report a bug or violation?
Contact support and provide screenshots or other evidence if possible.
What should I do if my character is stuck?
Use the corresponding function in your website account panel.
Can I give my account to another person?
Sharing access is done at the owner's own risk.
What happens if I exploit a bug?
Using game bugs for advantage is prohibited and may result in penalties under the server rules.
